Online Delivery FAQs
A. We do not include the day you order as the first day. So if you order on a Monday and need your goods for the weekend, we strongly recommend selecting the Next Working Day Upgrade.
A. We hold most tiles in stock and can usually dispatch for next working day delivery (Orders received before 2:30pm), just choose the option at the checkout.
A. Yes you can, just specify the day in the Customer notes, at the checkout. Alternatively, our standard service delivers in 3-5 working days. A member of customer service will call you to arrange a convenient day.
A. For a pallet Standard or Next Working Day delivery yes, but you can have them delivered to another address where a signature is possible, just specify the address when asked at the checkout process. For a parcel delivery, we request that if you are unavailable for the order to be left safe at your property, please inform if this is not suitable.
A. All orders on 3-5 day delivery will be booked in for delivery on a day that is convenient for you. Next day deliveries the driver will call 45 minutes before they expect to arrive.
A. Larger orders will be sent shrink-wrapped on a pallet. The delivery company will deliver the goods to the ground level edge of your property. The driver will not be able to assist getting the tiles into your property.
A. Please advise so we can arrange a suitable vehicle. This may incur an additional charge dependant on the size of vehicle required.
A. No, unfortunately for Health and Safety reasons orders cannot be collected from our distribution centre.
A. We only ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland.
