Online Delivery FAQs

A. We do not include the day you order as the first day.

A. We now offer a Next Working Day delivery option, just select 'Next Working Day' at checkout. Please note, the cut off for Next Working Day Delivery is 12 pm.

A. For most kerbside deliveries we require a signature and somebody to be available to take the tiles from the kerbside. For a parcel delivery, we request that if you are unavailable for the order to be left safe at your property, please inform if this is not suitable.

A. All orders on 5-7 day delivery will be booked in for delivery on a day that is convenient for you.

A. Larger orders will be sent shrink-wrapped on a pallet. The delivery company will deliver the goods to the ground level edge of your property. The driver will not be able to assist getting the tiles into your property.

A. Please advise so we can arrange a suitable vehicle. This may incur an additional charge dependant on the size of vehicle required.

A. No, unfortunately for Health and Safety reasons orders cannot be collected from our distribution centre.

A. We only ship to England, Wales and Scotland.
