On-line Sales
- Some tiles are dispatched direct from the manufacturers. In these rare instances, next working day option may not be applicable.
- Some special order tiles may only be sold by the box. This will be stated on the product page if this is the case.
Store Sales
- When placing an order for special order items, please ensure that you order accurately as there may be further lead times if more tiles are required.
- Special order items are usually non-returnable. Certain lines may be returned, subject to a restocking charge. Please ask in-store for more details.
