Some tiles or flooring products are dispatched direct from the manufacturers. In these rare instances, next working day option may not be applicable.
Some special order tiles may only be sold by the box. This will be stated on the product page if this is the case. All flooring products are sold in full boxes only.

When placing an order for special order items, please ensure that you order accurately as there may be further lead times if more tiles are required.
Special order items are usually non-returnable. Certain lines may be returned, subject to a restocking charge. Please ask in-store for more details.
