Damaged Product


On-line Sales

  • If you encounter any damages, please forward a photo of the damaged tiles or flooring and Email them to customerservice@tilegiant.co.uk entitled "Damages" along with your order reference number.
  • Once we receive your Email, we will send out replacements within 1-2 working days.
  • Please note, it is imperative that you check your tiles or flooring within the timescales in order to ensure the replacements are of the same batch. Please do not wait until installation before checking.

Store Sales

  • Always ensure that your products you've purchased are in saleable conditions before leaving one of our stores.
  • If you find any damages after leaving one of our stores, please notify the store as soon as you can so that we can organise replacements of the same batch. Upon collection, return the damaged tiles or flooring.
