Each ProWarm™ underwood heating system and thermostat comes with a Lifetime Guarantee.

Under wood heating mats must be used with either ProFoam™ insulation boards or XPS Insulation boards, we always recommend using 10mm XPS Insulation boards wherever possible

Please choose an electric underfloor heating mat that will cover 90% of your floor area. It is best to order slightly less than you need than have too much as the cables CAN NOT be cut or shortened.

  • High quality ETFE advanced insulation system is made with the highest quality Fluoropolymer''s and does not contain any PVC coatings whatsoever.
  • ProWarm systems are only 2mm in thickness making our cables one of the thinnest on the market today.

COVID-19 Update: In support of our efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy, our carriers provide contactless deliveries.  Unfortunately due to high demand for our products, we are currently unable to offer a Next Day delivery service.  Our 5-7 day pallet delivery service is a book-in service,  which means our couriers will contact you before delivery to arrange a day of your choosing that is convenient for you.


Parcel Deliveries: Small items such as mosaics or bottles of sealer under 20kg will be sent via our parcel carrier UKMail where possible.  Delivery updates will be provided via email and text once the goods have been despatched. 


Pallet Deliveries: Large orders over approx 20kg will be delivered on a large vehicle with a tail-lift. The delivery will be a non-contact kerbside delivery. Please notify us at the time of order if we may have trouble delivering your order to the kerbside of your property in a large vehicle. Either via putting a note on your order at the time of ordering or contacting customer service on: 0345 307 5000 or via our Live chat. You will recieve an email notification once your order has been despatched. 


Bank Holidays:  Please be aware that our warehouse and delivery partners do not operate Bank Holidays or Weekends.

Returns: If you wish to return any goods we will provide you with a full refund. Simply return the items within 30 days of delivery or collections to either your local store, Click here to find your local store or the Tile Giant warehouse (Tile Giant, Unit B Nimbus Park, Mount Pleasant Road, Thorne, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN8 4HT) in their original condition together with a receipt as proof of purchase.  Refunds are only offered on unopened full boxes of tiles and flooring. Special order items are excluded from this and will be identified on your receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected. 


Delivery FAQs


How long does delivery take and how do I know when my order will arrive?

Delivery takes 5-7 working days from order receipt. Once your order is received by our courier, they will contact you by phone to arrange a day for delivery. All orders are delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday.


Can my order be delivered at a specific time?

We are unable to offer specific time slots for delivery at present due to high demand, we are working with our delivery partners to improve our delivery options.


What should I do when my order arrives?

When your order arrives please check that you have received everything expected and that nothing is damaged. You should also check that the batch information matches across all boxes of the same product.


Can I return my pallet with the driver?

We use a courier network to deliver all palletised deliveries. This enables us to keep our prices low and for large parts of the UK, delivery is free on orders over £250. Unfortuantely this means the driver is unable to take your pallet a way with him.


What do I do if some of my order arrives damaged?

Tiles are a fragile product during transit, from time to time tiles can get damaged during the delivery process. If your order is damaged please take clear photos of the damage and the batch information and email them to customerservice@tilegiant.co.uk. They will arrange for replacements or a refund where necessary. We aim to get replacement product to you within 48 hrs.


I need tiles of a specific batch, how do I arrange this?

If you are ordering extra tiles to complete a project, you will need to provide the batch information to ensure the tiles match. If you have ordered for home delivery please contact customer service on 0345 307 5000 once you have placed your order.


I need to amend my order, can I do this?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change products or quantities on orders once they have been placed. If you need to change your order you will need to request a cancellation of the original order and place a new order.
