5 Key Elements of Industrial Interior Design
The industrial interior design trend has a few defining characteristics that you should incorporate within your space to achieve the distinctive industrial look and make a real statement.
1. Colour Palette
For an authentic industrial look, the colour palette used should steer clear of bold or bright colours.
Instead, opt for neutral tones similar to those found in raw materials like wood and stone. You could also add a crisp and clean feel using grey and greige tones and contrasting them with white.

Add storage with shelves or units combining wood and metal to keep the urban feel throughout. We opted for a tall ladder style shelving unit in dark wood with a black metal frame finish.
We also love the look of adding statement industrial style radiators to make a feature and add another flash of black, tying in with the ladder shelf frame and light fittings.
Finally, add leafy green plants or succulents to bring a splash of colour and life to the room.
