Suitable for artificial and natural tiles and floors including travertine, limestone, sandstone, slate, marble, porcelain, granite, terracotta, quarry tiles, brick, external paving and driveways.

Intensive cleaner, effective for removing stains such as oil, grease, ingrained dirt, grime and old wax layers from all artificial and natural stone and tiles. Ideal for general stone care and for use in the restoration of artificial and natural tiles and floors. It is especially effective on stone, travertine, slate, terracotta, porcelain and quarry tiles. LTP Grimex helps remove stubborn stains and existing layers of sealant from floors and tiles. It is also suitable for the general maintenance cleaning of external driveways, patios and paths.

Important:Test the solution on an inconspicuous area before general application. Any alkalinity remaining on surfaces treated with this product should be completely neutralised. This may be done with a little clean water applied by sponge.

Tips: LTP Grimex is effective at removing the seal from natural stone surfaces. After using LTP Grimex you may wish to re seal or enhance your surface using an appropriate sealing product.Maintaining your sealed surface with the correct maintenance product will extend the life of the seal and offer additional protection.

Free Click & Collect: You can choose to Click & Collect your order for free from all of our 80+ Tile Giant stores. 

To Click & Collect your order simply choose the store closest to your location from the list in our checkout.  Once your order is placed your chosen store will aim to call you within 2 hours to confirm your order and the expected arrival date in store. This is generally 4-7 days from the day of order.  When your order arrives instore, our team will check and give you a call to inform you. Then simply collect your order, check it and arrange your fitter.

I’ve just placed my order, when can I collect it?

Due to the nature of the products which we sell, it is not possible to hold stock of everything in every store. For this reason, once your order has been received by your chosen store, the store will aim to contact you in 2 hours to confirm your order and when it will be ready for collection. Click & Collect orders are normally available for collection 4-7 days after the day of order.


I haven’t heard from you regarding my order?

If you have not heard from your click and collect store within 24 hours or placing your order please contact your chosen store. Contact details can be found on our store locator


I need tiles of a specific batch, how do I arrange this?

If you are ordering extra tiles to complete a project, you will need to provide the batch information for your existing tiles when the store contacts you. They will then check with our warehouse to see if the batch is available.


COVID-19 Update: In support of our efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy, our carriers provide contactless deliveries.  Unfortunately due to high demand for our products, we are currently unable to offer a Next Day delivery service.  Our 5-7 day pallet delivery service is a book-in service,  which means our couriers will contact you before delivery to arrange a day of your choosing that is convenient for you.


Parcel Deliveries: Small items such as mosaics or bottles of sealer under 20kg will be sent via our parcel carrier UKMail where possible.  Delivery updates will be provided via email and text once the goods have been despatched. 


Pallet Deliveries: Large orders over approx 20kg will be delivered on a large vehicle with a tail-lift. The delivery will be a non-contact kerbside delivery. Please notify us at the time of order if we may have trouble delivering your order to the kerbside of your property in a large vehicle. Either via putting a note on your order at the time of ordering or contacting customer service on: 0345 307 5000 or via our Live chat. You will recieve an email notification once your order has been despatched.

Returns: If you wish to return any goods we will provide you with a full refund. Simply return the items within 30 days of delivery or collections to either your local store, Click here to find your local store or the Tile Giant warehouse (Tile Giant, Unit B Nimbus Park, Mount Pleasant Road, Thorne, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN8 4HT) in their original condition together with a receipt as proof of purchase.  Refunds are only offered on unopened full boxes of tiles and flooring. Special order items are excluded from this and will be identified on your receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected. 


Delivery FAQs


How long does delivery take and how do I know when my order will arrive?

Delivery takes 5-7 working days from order receipt. Once your order is received by our courier, they will contact you by phone to arrange a day for delivery. All orders are delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday.


Can my order be delivered at a specific time?

We are unable to offer specific time slots for delivery at present due to high demand, we are working with our delivery partners to improve our delivery options.


What should I do when my order arrives?

When your order arrives please check that you have received everything expected and that nothing is damaged. You should also check that the batch information matches across all boxes of the same product.


Can I return my pallet with the driver?

We use a courier network to deliver all palletised deliveries. This enables us to keep our prices low and for large parts of the UK, delivery is free on orders over £250. Unfortuantely this means the driver is unable to take your pallet a way with him.


What do I do if some of my order arrives damaged?

Tiles are a fragile product during transit, from time to time tiles can get damaged during the delivery process. If your order is damaged please take clear photos of the damage and the batch information and email them to customerservice@tilegiant.co.uk. They will arrange for replacements or a refund where necessary. We aim to get replacement product to you within 48 hrs.

I need to amend my order, can I do this?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change products or quantities on orders once they have been placed. If you need to change your order you will need to request a cancellation of the original order and place a new order.
