COVID-19 Service and Store Operating Update


We're Open Online and In Store

You can now order online for home delivery, browse in store and Click & Collect from many of our 93 stores

Store opening hours are 8.00am - 5.00pm Mon - Fri, 10.00am - 4.00pm Sat & Sun

Our Customer Service Team are available 9am 'til 5pm Monday to Friday as normal - however, please note that we are experiencing very high call volumes so it may take longer than normal to answer your call.

How we're currently operating

Delivery Service

Deliveries are normally made at the delivery address between 8 am and 6 pm on weekdays and are to the kerbside only at the delivery address. This service is a non-contact delivery. We currently have a 3-5 lead time on this service.

Click & Collect

We are now able to offer our incredible customers our Click & Collect service at all of our 80+ stores. Once your order is ready to collect a store colleague will call you.

Returns Service

Our stores are now fully open and adhering to strict social distancing. Please ensure that all online or store returns that couldn't be made due to lockdown are returned to store by the 31st of July. After this date, we will be offering our normal 60-day returns/buyback service and unable to accept any returns over 60 days from the point of delivery or collection.



Our Warehouse

Our warehouses are staffed by as few colleagues as possible. This is split across 3 shifts to maintain strict social distancing protocols. Extra PPE equipment has been introduced to maintain the highest hygiene standards and communal areas are strictly one in one out.

Our Stores

Our store colleagues will adhere to strict Social Distancing guidelines during the Click & Collect process and in-store browsing. We have screens by our till areas and Limiting numbers within our stores. Extra PPE equipment has been introduced and a sanitizer station at the entrance to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Our stores will only be accepting card payments.

Our Offices

Our offices are being staffed by as few colleagues as possible. We have introduced reduced working ours and strict social distancing at work stations. Communal areas are strictly one in one out. Extra PPE equipment and hand sanitisers have been introduced to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
