Returns*

If you wish to return any goods we will offer you an exchange where possible or provide you with a full refund. Simply return the items within 28 days of receipt of goods in their original condition, together with a receipt as proof of purchase. Adhesive and grout are non refundable.

All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

Before fixing your tiles please ensure they are as ordered and suitable for the proposed use. We regret we are unable to exchange or compensate for any costs incurred once the tiles have been fixed.

Shading and crazing

Due to the nature of the manufacturing process for most kinds of tiles, shades, sizes and tolerance may vary slightly between batches. Please be aware when purchasing natural stone products that it is perfectly normal to find a variance of colours, markings and textures. This is not a defect but a feature of this type of material. Most natural stone products will require sealing prior to grouting and may need ongoing maintenance.

Breakages and Shortages

All goods must be checked by the customer on receipt of goods. No responsibility for damaged product or shortages can be accepted after 3 days of receipt of goods.

Lead times and liability

Any delivery or lead times quoted for products to arrive are approximate but we will do all we reasonably can to meet the date agreed with you for delivery. In the event that we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will contact you to agree an alternative date and we shall not be liable for any charges incurred by you. Accordingly, we recommend that you do not book anyone to fit your tiles until they have arrived.

Where you purchase goods from us that are defective and you are not a consumer, we shall (at our option) repair or replace such goods or refund the price of such goods provided that (a) you give us notice within seven days of the date of your acceptance of the goods and (b) provided that damage to the goods has not been caused by you. Our entire liability to you shall be limited to the price you paid for the goods and we shall not be responsible for any consequential or other financial loss that you may seek to claim for.
