If you receive damaged or incorrect products, Tile Giant will collect and refund or replace the items as the customer chooses. Please refer to our terms and conditions for notification period.
If on receiving the tiles you change your mind, or have left over tiles, you can arrange for the tiles to be returned to ourselves, through a third party courier, within 28 days of receiving delivery. Alternatively, with prior notice, you can return the tiles to your local TileGiant store within 28 days of receiving delivery, and upon providing proof of purchase the store will notify our online sales team of your return and our online sales team will issue a refund.
