What's your favourite thing about Motherwell?
There's a great community spirit, which is reflected in the local football club. We are one of the new sponsors of Motherwell FC this season too.
How can Tile Giant help customers find their perfect tile?
Customers tend to look online first for inspiration before they enter the branch. Once here, we like to guide them to the tiles that they are envisioning. The look is everything, we as a team make sure that the tiles they pick are the style they want, are practical, and are within their budget. We also offer a fantastic sample service which puts customers at ease knowing that the tile they pick will look beautiful in the room of their choice.
What's the best bit of advice you can give to customers visiting the store to help you help them?
Be open to questions. We're here to offer advice, give tips and suggestions and help create the look you are trying to achieve. We don't just sell tiles, we help build your dream room.
What's proving popular at the moment?
At the moment, our ranges such as the Luna, Sequoia and Pollino are all proving popular, as they are all modern takes on natural materials.
What's the best thing about working for Tile Giant?
Our customers mainly. Every customer who visits the store is different, from trade to retail. Tile Giant gives us the flexibility to communicate, create relationships and ultimately provide the best service possible.
About Tile Giant in Motherwell
Tile Giant Motherwell is ideally located on Airbles Road, just out of the town centre of Motherwell. There’s plenty of free customer parking easily accessible on site.
As with many Tile Giant stores, we’re open for extended hours so you can get the materials you need, when you need them.
Our Motherwell showroom is open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm throughout the week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays and 10:00 am until 4:00 pm on Sundays.
Tile Giant Motherwell is also open on Bank Holidays if you’re planning on tackling some DIY over the long weekend.

Speak face to face with expert staff who can help you pick the right tiles, adhesives and quantities to make sure that your job is carried out to budget and without surplus materials.
You can also find all the tools and accessories you need to prepare your surfaces, install and maintain your tiles with our Trade Rewards scheme providing great benefits for trade professionals.
If you’d prefer to order online you can reserve and collect in store and return excess tiles with our buyback service, but please contact customer services on 0345 307 5000 to arrange this.
