This year's Parkinson's Awareness Week (7-13 April) is set to be bigger than ever

Our focus is on giving back control to those affected by Parkinson's. This idea was shaped by people living with the condition.

To get our message across we're educating the public on the symptoms of Parkinson's and explaining how their attitudes affect people who live with it.

How you can help

It's really important we get as many people talking about Parkinson's as possible. But we can't do it without you.

If you would like to make a difference to the success of the week, please help us to get people talking about Parkinson's. You can:

We've already gained fantastic publicity through media coverage on ITV's Daybreak and BBC Radio 5 Live. Look out for more from regional news outlets!

Your support is so valuable to the charity, I really hope you can be part of Parkinson's Awareness Week this year. I know that together, we can make it our best yet.

Kind regards,

Steve Ford
Chief Executive, Parkinson's UK
