Introducing a brand new service to Tile Giant, Order and Collect. Order and Collect has been introduced to make your shopping experience much more convenient for you. We understand that sometimes you like the confidence of having a point on contact by purchasing tiles from a store, but with the convenience of reserving on-line.

Below, is an introduction to our Order and Collect service. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Local Store or Customer Services on 0330 053 3362.

1. Simply browse online, adding items to your shopping cart
2. Once you have finished adding items to your cart, go to the checkout screen
3. On the checkout screen, select "Reserve at store"
4. Put in your desired postcode for a list of local stores to collect at
5. Once you have completed your reservation form at the checkout, your selected store will contact you to confirm they have received your reservation request. They will also confirm stock availability
6. Depending on the order, your selected store may ask your for a deposit
7. Once the order is ready, the store will contact you to let you know everything is ready
